Stacey McDowell

I am a Charlotte native who has grown up with family in the real estate industry. I quickly
learned at a young age that real estate would become my passion and career in life.
Coming from a long line of builders and real estate investing, I would often go on building
sites with my dad and grandfather watching behind the scenes and loved every minute of
it.
My passion caring for others has always existed. Out of high school I obtained several
degrees in radiology and worked in the medical field in direct patient care for 15+ years
while still helping in the family real estate business.
During the pandemic I refocused my goals and obtained my real estate license. This gave
me time to focus on learning strategy on purchasing contracts and many other documents
associated with buying and selling real estate.
Our cozy home is in west Charlotte where I live with my husband, son, and two daughters.
We enjoy family time, sporting events, and movies.
I have come to love helping others find a home they can call their own and would love to be
