BUYER AGENT COMPENSATION
Buyer Agents:
Always contact the listing agent prior to showing any of our listings to inquire if any compensation is being offered by the Seller.
If Buyer Agent is seeking compensation from any of our Sellers, Buyer Agent must include Form 220 (Cooperating Compensation Agreement) with offer to the listing agent.
Per Canopy compliance requirements, Form 220 must not be referenced in any Offer To Purchase and must come as a separate attachment.
